1. Bendrosios nuostatos

1.1. Šios pirkimo taisyklės (toliau – Taisyklės) nustato nuomos paslaugų teikimo, mokėjimo, atšaukimo ir kitus su platformos naudojimu susijusius aspektus.

1.2. Naudodamiesi platforma, Jūs patvirtinate, kad susipažinote su Taisyklėmis ir joms pritariate.

1.3. Paslaugas platformoje gali užsisakyti tik pilnamečiai asmenys.

2. Kainos

2.1. Kai pateikiate užsakymą, sutinkate sumokėti nurodytą nuomos kainą bei visus kitus taikomus mokesčius.

2.2. Kai kurios kainos gali būti suapvalintos iki artimiausio sveiko skaičiaus, tačiau mokama suma yra nustatyta pagal pradinę nesuapvalintą kainą.

2.3. Akivaizdžios kainų klaidos nėra saistančios. Jei per klaidą nurodoma akivaizdžios klaidos kaina (pvz., 1 EUR už prabangų apartamentą), užsakymas gali būti atšauktas su pilnu pinigų grąžinimu.

2.4. Perbraukta kaina rodo anksčiau galiojusią kainą be taikomo nuolaidos.

3. Apmokėjimas

3.1. Kai kurie užsakymai reikalauja išankstinio apmokėjimo. Jei platforma tvarko mokėjimą, ji užtikrina, kad sandoris būtų tinkamai įvykdytas.

3.2. Jei užsakymą apmokestina tiesiogiai paslaugų teikėjas, mokėjimas gali būti atliekamas atvykimo metu arba iš anksto.

3.3. Išankstiniai mokėjimai gali būti negrąžinami, todėl rekomenduojama atidžiai perskaityti paslaugų teikėjo sąlygas.

3.4. Jei mokėjimas atliekamas kita valiuta nei užsakymo valiuta, gali būti taikomi papildomi banko ar mokėjimo paslaugų tiekėjo mokesčiai.

3.5. Pastebėjus nesąžiningą veiklą ar neteisėtą mokėjimų metodų naudojimą, rekomenduojama kuo greičiau kreiptis į savo banką ar mokėjimo paslaugų tiekėją.

4. Atšaukimo, prekių grąžinimo ir keitimo politika

4.1. Užsakymo pateikimo metu sutinkate su taikomomis atšaukimo sąlygomis, kurios yra nurodomos užsakymo patvirtinimo metu.

4.2. Jei klientas neatvyksta,mokėjimas nėra grąžinamas ir lieka paslaugos tiekėjui.

4.3. Nemokamai atšaukti rezervaciją ir susigrąžinti visą sumą klientai gali likus ne mažiau kaip 14 dienų iki atvykimo datos.

4.4. Klientas atsako už tikslią informaciją, savalaikius mokėjimus ir atvykimo terminų laikymąsi.

5. Atsakomybė

5.1. Platforma veikia kaip tarpininkas tarp nuomotojų ir nuomininkų, todėl neatsako už paslaugų kokybę ar trečiųjų šalių veiksmus.

5.2. Visi ginčai dėl sugadinto turto ar paslaugų kokybės yra sprendžiami tarp nuomininko ir paslaugų teikėjo.

5.3. Klientas privalo laikytis tvarkos taisyklių ir kompensuoti bet kokią padarytą žalą paslaugų teikėjui.

6. Privatumas ir duomenų apsauga

6.1. Kliento asmens duomenys tvarkomi pagal galiojančius duomenų apsaugos įstatymus ir privatumo politiką.

6.2. Platforma gali perduoti kliento duomenis paslaugų teikėjui, siekiant užtikrinti tinkamą paslaugų suteikimą.

7. Baigiamosios nuostatos

7.1. Platforma pasilieka teisę bet kada keisti šias Taisykles, apie tai informuojant vartotojus.

7.2. Ginčai sprendžiami derybų būdu arba pagal Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktus.

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") applies to all personal data that you provide to us or that we collect and process when you use the website www.monto.lt (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). The Privacy Policy explains how we process and protect your personal data, what rights we guarantee, and provides other information regarding the processing of your personal data.

PURPOSES AND CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By providing their personal data to the Data Controller, the Data Subject agrees that the Data Controller will process the collected data for the following purposes:

Contract Conclusion and Execution

We process personal data to conclude and execute contracts related to the services provided by the Data Controller. This includes negotiations, contract execution, service provision, and ensuring communication with the Data Subject.

Personal data is processed to:

• Identify the client;
• Perform service provision activities;
• Administer and process customer orders;
• Issue accounting documents;
• Address issues related to provided services;
• Inform about service changes or disruptions;
• Fulfill all obligations of the Company as a service provider.

Customer Identification, Verification, and Contract Conclusion
